CNC Programmer/Operator
Zero Hour Parts is currently seeking skilled CNC programmers/operators for all shifts.

Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for developing and implementing new part programs for CNC machine operations. Area of responsibilities include:

• Review of blue prints and models to determine job specification and requirements
• Program tool paths utilizing MasterCAM software
• Load and unload product
• Monitor and change cutting tools as needed
• Perform dimensional inspection of products
• Operate equipment utilizing proper speed, feed rate, and depth of cut to achieve optimal part cost, quality, throughput, and on time customer deliveries
• Maintain a clean and neat work area

Education/Experience:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in Technology from a technical institute and/or advance apprenticeship preferred
• Three or more years of CNC programming experience required, MasterCAM proficiency a plus
